We would like to inform you that the login issue with Mypage has been resolved.
For the time being, customers can do the followings
1. Login to your account from Mypage.
2: Update Password and account details .
3. Request deposit, withdrawal, and transfer via Mypage.
4. Check transaction history in Mypage.
5. Register new account from NFX website as long as you DO NOT tick ‘jTrade’ service.
For security reason, we request our customers to change their password in Account Setting\ User Account.
We still continue working on strengthening our system protection. If, for any reason, you encounter any problem with the system, please take a screenshot and send an email to our Support center at email@example.com for assistance.
